Bombyx Collection takes deep pride in each and every product being hand cut, sewn, and dyed. Consequently, patterns and colors may vary slightly due to the nature of these handmade & naturally dyed products. Although the dye lot variation is a natural part of the dye process, we make our best effort to match color and design to the product photo and description. If you find that your product does not match the description, refer below to our Policies segment.

We embrace our uniqueness and the natural processes that occur, and it is our prayer that our customers also embrace and embody this uniquness with grace.

Inclusivity Disclaimer

As this is our soft launch, our team is only able to handle the work load required for sizes Small, Medium, and Large.

Our intention is to expand into a larger offering of sizes ranging from XXS to XXL as soon as achievable. So, please, allow grace in the time between as we work on perfecting those prototypes. Stay tuned.

 

Pre-order Details

After years of designing prototypes, envisioning and planning, we are finally in production mode! As of June 2023, we are in a soft launch flow. Our inventory is very limited so our intention is to do several soft launch pop-ups around Oregon, so women can touch and feel what it is exactly that Bombyx is putting out into the world. Hoping for the best, we're expecting to sell out of our limited inventory quickly, so we have set our website up to collect pre-orders. This will be put into the hands of our production team immediately and we will have the items created and sent as quickly as possible. The full price of each item will be collected upon pre-order but we will gladly refund anyone who might want their money back anytime before your pre-ordered item is shipped to you.

 

Policies

We consider all sales final. With some very limited exceptions, in-store credit may be granted.

We do accept and encourage exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction. Exchanges are accepted as long as they are initiated within the first 14 days post-arrival. The items must be returned unworn and undamaged otherwise the exchange will be void. Exchanges will include additional shipping charges.
